About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Website E-commerce Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online store, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company‘s e-commerce website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurate.
- Process orders, shipments, and returns.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales data.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and implement online promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure website security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce website administration and management.
- Strong understanding of website development technologies and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms, such as Shopify and Magento.
